Take 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, marinate them in bbq sauce, and let them chill out in the fridge for a day or two. Put them in the air fryer, and set them to 390 for 20 minutes, turning the breasts over after 10 minutes. Start checking for doneness around minute 17. You’re looking for an internal temp of 165.
